 If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work:

Change of Mind

We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is:

- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

- With all tags still attached

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or Incorrect ItemsIf you receive a faulty item or the wrong order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll happily organise a replacement or refund for you.

Sale Items

Sale items are final and cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

How to Start a Return
